Industry leaders and technology experts will showcase how organisations can become more productive and sustainable through digital transformation at Siemens’ Transform 2022 in July.

The free event at Manchester Central on 12-13 July is set to bring together hundreds of industry leaders, influencers and regulators from across the UK and Ireland with the aim of solving some of the most pressing challenges currently facing organisations.

The programme includes nine ‘challenge roundtables’ and 24 ‘tech talks’ covering topics such as decarbonisation, electrification, digitalisation, e-mobility, the pathway to net zero, and skills.

There will also be the opportunity to experience the latest cutting-edge technology from world-renowned brands large and small, from the UK and around the world.

In addition, Siemens and manufacturers’ organisation Make UK will launch a joint report on sustainability at the event.

Unlock the potential of digital technologies

Brian Holliday, managing director UK&I at Siemens Digital Industries, said: “Transform creates an opportunity for a much-needed conversation - the chance to hear from industrial companies on how they’re progressing and investing in digitisation despite tough supply, skills and cost conditions.

“The pace of change is accelerating. The right skills and technologies make a huge difference; however, firms fail to invest due to lack of knowledge of what’s possible. Transform will help unlock the potential behind industrial digital technologies in the right hands in an informal but expert environment with great cross-industry case studies and survey results that will help us answer the questions - how we can make industry more competitive, productive and sustainable?”
